Sakura Mochi
I'd like to introduce you to one of the traditional and seasonal sweets in Japan.
Speaking of spring, it is Sakura Mochi. Sakura means cherry blossoms.
It's dairy-free and pretty healthy sweets!
If you have a chance to come to Japan in Spring, try eating it!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Rinse the Cherry leaves quickly in water, and drain the water.
* Step 2
Make a ball of the Bean paste.
* Step 3
Mix Shiratamako, Flour, Sugar, Fresh Strawberry Juice in a bowl. Then add the water a little by little, and mix them.
(※If it is necessary, add more water.)
* Step 4
Put the Oil into a 160℃ electric griddle or a Teflon coated pan. Pour the dough into the pan, then make an oval shape with a bottom of a ladle.
* Step 5
Cook it for about 20 seconds, then turn it inside out it and cook it for about 10 seconds.
* Step 6
Put it on a plate and let it chill.
* Step 7
Roll the bean paste with baked dough, also wrap it with the Cherry leaf.
