Potato Galette
When I bought a lot of potatoes, I came up with this recipe.
Easy and tasty. I used olive oil, but butter can be used.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel the potato and cut it into thin strips
* Step 2
Put the cut thin strips potato into a bowl, and sprinkle salt and pepper.
* Step 3
Put the oil into a pan and spread the cut thin strips potato flatly and thinly in the pan.
* Step 4
Fry it on both sides until it turned golden brown.
* Step 5
After frying put the thin strips on a plate and you can add maple syrup if you want for more flavor.
