Chocolate sesame banana bread - can be vegan and GF
Just as good / better the next day if you can wait.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 150c fan. Line a loaf tin.
* Step 2
Put the bananas in a bowl. Beat in the oil, tahini, egg, maple syrup and vanilla.
* Step 3
Then add the flour, cacao, bicarb and salt.
* Step 4
Put the batter in the tin and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
* Step 5
Bake for about 45 mins. Cool and enjoy 😋
