Laccha Onion Salad | Onion Ring Salad | Dhaba style Pyaz ka salad

This salad is Best Combination with Kabab, Barbeque or any type of dishes. In this salad onions are little spicy and tangy.

Ingredient

Cooking time :

15 minute
1/2 tsp

cumin powder

1/2 tsp

salt

1/2 tsp

chaat masala

1/4 tsp

garam masala

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the medium size onion thinly slice. Same way cut the jalapeno or any chilli you like

* Step 2

Put the onion rings in to the cold water for 2-3 minute.

* Step 3

Meanwhile Add 1tsp oil in to the pan and cook the jalapeno for 1 minute. This step is optional.

* Step 4

Remove the onion and put into the other bowl then add chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, Garam masala, chaat masala and lemon juice.

* Step 5

Lastly add the cooked jalapeno and mix with your hands.

* Step 6

Lachha onion ring salad is ready. You can eat with any type of side dish like biryani, barbecue, tandoori and any curries.
