Wild garlic pesto - vegan

Fast way to use some wild garlic: great with pasta, with smashed potatoes or on flatbreads. (You can also add some parmesan/ veggie or vegan equivalent.)

Ingredient

Food ration :

Makes about 1/3 cup.
50 g

walnuts

50-100 g

Olive oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put the garlic, walnuts and lemon juice in a blender or processor. Blend until it’s chopped up.

* Step 2

Season. And then add the olive oil a little at a time. Keep processing until it’s at a texture you like. Taste and season again as necessary.
