Homemade Granola - vegan
I love homemade granola! Because it’s much healthier than the ones you buy, you can mix it up and try lots of different combinations, and it smells amazing while it’s cooking 😍 It also tastes good 😁
This one is based on what was in the cupboard. You can add/ substitute anything! #vegan #breakfast #snack
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Place all the dry ingredients into a large bowl.
* Step 3
Add the wet ingredients and mix well.
* Step 4
Spread the mixture onto a lined baking tray so it’s about 1 cm thick. Bake for about 40 minutes until it’s golden. Leave to cool - otherwise it crumbles!
* Step 5
Enjoy on its own or with your choice of milk/ yogurt 😋 It stays fresh in an airtight jar for a couple of weeks.
