I love palak and palak gosht is my most fav combo aur ghar me b bht pasand kia jata hai.punjab ki shadiyon ka main item hota hai khaskar mehndi k menu me with pulao.enjoy kijiye mere style me daigi palak gosht. #matchmaker

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Subse phele palak,meethi,dhanya,podina ko pani me dal boil kar lein.

* Step 2

Boil hojaye to hand blender se blend kar lein.

* Step 3

Ab ek pateeli me oil dalien pyaz ko halka brown karen saboot garam masala dal k bhone aur phir lehsan adrak dal k gosht dal k bhonay.

* Step 4

Ab saray masalay dal k bhone aur pani dal k galnay tak paka lein.

* Step 5

Phir blend ki hui palak add karen aur 5 min bhon k thora 10 min cook hone dein.

* Step 6

Salt,green chillies add karen aur phir cream,milk ya dahi me se koi b ek cheese add kar k mix karen aur 5/7 min cook kar lein.pani dry hojaye bhon k utar lein.

* Step 7

Adrak se garnish karen aur roti ya chawal k sath enjoy karen.
