oil

sirka

1/4 cup

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Ek pan me oil add karen aur saboot masalon siwaye kalonji k sub ko halka sa crushed kar k pan me add karen aur halka sa fry kar lein.

* Step 2

Ab kerriyon ko alag se cut karen aur baki k masalay kerri pe ache se mix kar lein.

* Step 3

Ab kerriyon ko pan me dalien fry karen aur sugar add kar dein sath hi pani add karen aur cover kar k 5/7 min cook kar lein.

* Step 4

Salt add karen mix karen thanda hojaye to airtight bottle me dal k fridge me rakh k use karen.
