Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Subse phele dodh ko halki anch pe paknay dein k 3 kg se 2 kg reh jaye.
* Step 2
Chawal ko dho k bhigo dein aur sagodana ko b soak kar dein.
* Step 3
Milk me bheege hue chawal aur sagodana add kar dein.
* Step 4
Halki anch pe paknay dein aur waqfay waqfay se chamach chalatay rahen.
* Step 5
Jab chawal aur sagodana gal jaye ache se to ghotnay se thora ghot lein aur sugar add kar k mix karen.
* Step 6
Ab khewra ess,khoya aur nuts ka powder add karen aur mix karen.
* Step 7
Kheer thick hojaye to stove off karen aur set hone rakh dein dish me uper nuts aur khopra add karen aur thanda kar k serve karen.
