#crl biryani k bagair koi b event adhora lagta hai aur eid ho aur biryani na ho ye ho nahi sakta.jhatpat aur mazedar si biryani hazir hai.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chawalon ko saboot garam masala aur salt add kar k boil kar lein aur pani drain kar lein.

* Step 2

Ek bari pateeli me oil dalien aur pyaz ko gol cut kar k brown kar lein.ab lehsan adrak ka paste add karen aur chicken ko dal k bhon lein.

* Step 3

Phir tematar ko gol cut karen add karen aur hara masala paste add kar k bhone.

* Step 4

Ab dahi aur baki k masalay add karen aur bhon lein 1 cup pani add karen aur chicken cook hone tak paka lein.

* Step 5

Masalay me thora pani hona chahiye bilkul dry nahi karna hai.ab dhanya,podina,aloo bukharay,lemon ko chicken k uper phela dein.

* Step 6

Ab boil hue chawal add kar dein.zarday ka rung aur ess ko zara se pani me mix kar k chawalon pe phela dein.

* Step 7

Ache se dum hojayen aur chicken ka pani dry hojaye to halkay hath se mix kar lein aur serve karen.
