Jullien cut kar lein aloo ko aur ek bar pani se nithar lein.

Pyaz ko b slice cut kar lein.

* Step 3

Ab sub ingre ko siwaye pani k dal k mix karen aur bilkul thora sa pani dal k thick sa mixture ready kar lein.

* Step 4

Oil ko garam kar lein aur pakoray fry kar lein mazedar se pakoro ko apni fav sauce k sath serve karen.
