Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Subse phele maida ko chan lein ab sub dry ingre ko ek bowl me mix kar lein.
* Step 2
Ghee add karen aur ache se mix karen.ab thora thora liquid milk add karen dough bana lein.
* Step 3
Ab is dough ko half hour rest dein.
* Step 4
Oil ko garam hone rakhien.counter ko halka grease kar lein.aur dough ko again knead kar lein.
* Step 5
Ab dough ko bail lein aur apni pasand ki shape me tikki cut kar lein.
* Step 6
Oil me medium flame pe fry kar lein ache golden brown hojaye to nikal lein thanda hone pe airtight me rakh k mazay se enjoy karen.
