* Step 1
Subse phele shakarkandi ko ache se wash kar lein.
* Step 2
Ek khuli pateeli me pani dalien aur 1 boil anay dein phir shakarkandi dal ke ache se boil hone dein ke soft hojayen.
* Step 3
Ek pateeli me 2 cups pani dalien aur garam karen phir is me khajoor ko soak kar dein for 4 hours.
* Step 4
Baki ke 2 cups pani me imli ko bhigo dein.aur jab soft hojaye to guthli nikal lein aur pulp alag kar lein.
* Step 5
Ab bheegi hui kajoor ki ghutliyan alag kar lein.imli me add karen aur dono ko blend kar lein.
* Step 6
Ab stove pe baki ke ingre dal ke ache se cook hone dein thick hojaye thori aur shine ajaye to bus ready hai thanda hone dein.
* Step 7
Ab shakarkandi ko peel kar lein aur cut kar lein bowl me boiled shakarkandi dalien uper chutney aur chat masala dal ke serve karen.ap chahen to lemon juice b add kar sakte hain.
