Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Ek bowl me atta aur sub ingredients mix kar lein aur thora thora pani add kar ke gondh lein.

* Step 2

Clay ki tarah ka atta banayega..chikna sa.

* Step 3

Ab taway ko garam hone rakh dein.

* Step 4

Bailan ko grease kar lein aur pairay bana ke halka halka dry atta lagate hue thora sa bailey aur phir apnay hatheli aur fingers ki help se roti ko bara karen just jese hum puriyon ko karte hain.

* Step 5

Taway pe dalien aur ghee lagate hue roti ko dono side se cook kar lein aur enjoy karen.
