Subse phele lehsan r adrak ko peel kar ke blender me pani ke sath paste bana lein.
* Step 2
Ab ek pateeli me oil r pyaz dal ke golden fry karen.
* Step 3
Jab pyaz golden hojaye to saboot garam masala r lehsan paste add kar dein r 2 min bhon lein.
* Step 4
Aloo ko peel kar ke cut kar lein r pyaz me dal ke bhon lein phir tematar add karen.
* Step 5
Ab sub masalay add karen 2 min bhon ke pani add kar ke itna cook kar lein ke aloo gal jayen.
* Step 6
Jab aloo gal jayen to bheege hue chawal add karen.
* Step 7
Namak add karen r chawal cook hone dein.jab chawal me pani kam reh jaye to uper dhanya,podina r hari mirch dal ke dum laga dein 15/20 min.
