Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Tikka k ingre ko chicken pe ache se laga k marinate karne rakh dein.
* Step 2
Ek pateeli me oil dalien lehsan ko fry karen sath hi saboot garam masala r hari mirch dal k bhonay.
* Step 3
Ab pani me zarda rung r baki ingre dalien r bheege hue chawal dal k cook kar lein.
* Step 4
Ek pateeli me thora sa oil dal k marinated chicken dal k steam me cook kar lein ya phir kisi b channi me rakh k pateeli k bottom me pani dalien r channi ko us me rakh k cover kar k steam kar lein.
* Step 5
Last me uper chaat masala dalien.
* Step 6
Serve karte hue rice k uper rakh k serve karen.
