Oven Baked Sausage Goulash

The default pic top row is before I cooked it, and the bottom 2 are after it was cooked! It was sooo good!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 375, and slice your sausage, potatoes, onion, bell pepper

* Step 2

I put my sausages in a bowl, my potatoes in my strainer, and used another bowl for my onions/bell pepper together. I only did this, because I added different seasonings to each. But you can put all in a bowl and mix all together if you want. Toss all around. I put liquid Italian dressing in all though. And only put the rotel in the sausage part. I used half a can of mild rotel.

* Step 3

Layer separately (potatoes, sausage, corn) and sprinkle the onions and bell peppers on potatoes, etc in a big roasting oven pan, cover, and bake about an hour. Or you can mix it all up Instead of separately.
