Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat milk in a saucepan over medium heat until steam rises from the surface.
* Step 2
Whisk in chocolate and sugar, and continue whisking for 1 to 2 minutes, until sugar has dissolved.
* Step 4
Reduce heat to low; keep warm until ready to serve.
* Step 6
For an airier consistency, remove from heat, and mix with a hand blender set on low just before serving
