Bittergaurd fry
This vegetable has many health benefits. Best food for those who have diabetes.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the bittergaurd(I used 6). Remove the seeds & cut the vegetable into thin slices
* Step 2
In a pan add 3-4 tbsp of olive oil, bittergaurd, turmeric & salt. Keep roasting until the vegetable is almost cooked.
* Step 3
Then add 5 tsp of channa flour/besan & red chilli powder. Mix it well & Let it cook for abt 5 mins on low flame. In the end add 1/2tsp of powdered jaggery.
* Step 4
This version of recipe makes bittergaurd actually less bitter. My kids don't complain at all. They love it. Try yourself & let me know. Enjoy!!
