Dudhi (BottleGourd) Halwa Without Mava

Halwa is the weakness of my family. Tried this halwa and really it turns out Superb. I used less sugar. Can be added according to the taste.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel and Grate the bottlegourd. Put in muslin cloth. Squeeze and remove all it water. This process won't allow Halwa to get black. It will give natural light green colour.
* Step 2
Take in a plate. Take a pan add ghee on low flame. Once ghee get little hot add bottlegourd.
* Step 3
Roast it for 5 min. Than add milk.
* Step 4
Mix it and let it cook till all milk get cooked. Now add sugar, cardamom powder.
* Step 5
Mix it and halwa is done. Serve hot or chilled. Garnish with some dry fruits and enjoy.
