Stuffed Semolina Steam Roll-Ring

New way of Semolina stuffed Dhokla in glass and when we cut it becomes Dhokla Stuffed Rings.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak Semolina in curd for 1/2 hour. After that add cumin seeds, salt, sugar, water. Mix it and keep a side.
* Step 2
Make Stuffing: smash boil potatoes in bowl, add salt, red chilli powder, green chillies ginger paste. Add tempering. In pan add oil, mustard seeds, asafoetida, Curry leaves and turmeric powder. Put in potato masala. Stuffing is ready.
* Step 3
Add coriander leaves to stuffing. Divide in equal two parts. Batter and stuffing ready. Add ENO to the batter. Mix it well. Put the deep vessel on Medium flame, add water and place the stand in it put plate on stand. Pre steam it.
* Step 4
Grease the two glasses. Fill half glass. Make Stuffing rolls place it in between the batter in glass. Pour remaining batter on it. Now place both the glasses in the steamer. Steam it for 15 min. let it cool down.
* Step 5
Take it out from the glass after it get cool.
* Step 6
Now tempering: take a pan add oil, mustard seeds, let it crackled, add seasame seeds off the flame spread red chilli powder. Roll the Steamed roll in it.
* Step 7
Now cut it and serve. Enjoy in breakfast or dinner.
