Caramelized Upside Down Custard Cake Without Oven

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make the custard milk and get get to room temperature.

* Step 2

Take thick deep bottom vessel. Spread salt in the base put a ring in middle. Close the lid and keep it on low flame for 15 -20 min. Grease the cake tin and keep a side.

* Step 3

Now add Powdered sugar to custard milk whisk it till sugar dissolves. Add oil and vanilla essence to it and whisk it again.

* Step 4

Now take a seiver add flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder. Sieve it into the wet ingredients. Now whisk it and mix all ingredients. Now take the spatula and scrap all the sides of the bowl and mix it with cut and fold method. Batter should be in ribbon consistency. Add some tutti Fruity in the batter.

* Step 5

Now take a greased bowl spread some sugar and tutti Fruity at the bottom. Pour the batter in it. Level it and tsp the bowl twice. Put the bowl in the preheated vessel. Close the lid and get Medium flame. Bike it for 40-45 min. Check it with toothpick.

* Step 6

Once the cake is done. Off the flame take it out and let it cool completely. When cake cools down place the plate and get cake bowl upside down.

* Step 7

Lovely caramelized Upside-Down Custard Cake is ready to serve. Enjoy with Your dear ones.
