Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soaked soyabeans for 1/2 hr. Squeeze the water. Fry them in golden.

* Step 2

Cut it into 2 pieces. Take pan on medium flame add oil, cumin seeds, bay leaf, clove pepper and onions. Saute it till get golden.

* Step 3

Now add chopped tomatoes, crush ginger garlic green chillies, salt. Saute it.

* Step 4

Add all dry masala and water. Mix it well and get oil released

* Step 5

Now add green peas, fried soya bean. Mix it cover it and let Cook green peas and all masala get into the soya bean. Mix it well and serve with roti or Parathas and enjoy yummy soyabean sabji.
