Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan on low flame add ghee. As ghee melts add Semolina. Roast it.
* Step 2
Add kismis along with Semolina while roasting. Roast it till Semolina get golden and kismis got puffed. It released so lovely aroma.
* Step 3
Now add hot milk and stir continuously. Add cardamom powder and Keep stirring otherwise it will got lumps. Always it depends on suji what quantity of milk it will consume so do it accordingly.
* Step 4
Once all milk get absorb and suji get cooked add sugar. Mix it well and get all sugar dissolves and absorb by the suji. Now off the flame add mix dry fruits.
* Step 5
Mix it all well and enjoyyyyyyyyyyyy the sheera
