Sweet Corn Pakodas

Ingredient

Semolina

as required

Water

1/4 tsp

baking soda

as required

Oil for frying

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a Chilli cutter. Add sweet corn kernels in it an crush it. In same add green chillies, ginger and garlic. Crush it. Add to crushed corns

Now add semolina and gram flour, mix it and add little water and get it bind.

Get thick dropping consistency batter. Now add salt, turmeric powder.

* Step 4

Mix it well. Keep aside and give the rest of 1 hour. After an hour mix, the batter add hand crush carrom seeds. Mix it again well.

Now take oil in a pan for fryin. Put on low medium flame. In batter add baking soda 1 tbsp water and mix thoroughly. So batter get pluffy. Check the oil is heated.

Drop the batter dumplings with your hands in heated oil. Fry it till golden.

* Step 7

Take out on the Kitchen towel. Send in tiffin with orange juice. And serve at home with some ketchup and juice too. Enjoy the delicious pakodas.
