Spinach-Potato Parathas

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan on low flame, add oil, cumin seeds. Let it crackled add turmeric powder and chopped potato. Mix it well. Add salt and boiled spinach. Mix it and smash Potato and spinach properly. Off the flame. let cool down
* Step 2
Take kneading bowl add spinach potato mix, flour, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder. Add water and knead the dough.
* Step 3
Not so stiff nor so soft. Add oil and knead it again. Make equal parts. Make balls. Coat with dry flour. Place it on rolling surface.
* Step 4
Take a griddle/ tava put on low medium flame. Roll the Paratha and place it on heated tava. Get one side cook flip the paratha and cook another side. Apply oil and roast both the sides.
* Step 5
Once the paratha is done. Make other parathas and arrange them on rack. Served with hot masala tea and a sweet pickle. Enjoy the breakfast.
