Mostly knows about Muthiya. For Gujju's Muthiya's are the best option for breakfast and even for dinner. Normally Muthiya's are made using different flours and Veggies, cooked rice etc. Here I made different Muthiya in a different way. This Muthiya taste really fantastic. No soda or Eno used to make it pluffy and soft. It is full of protein. Enjoy
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and soak the mix dal for 4-5 hours. Take a grinder add green chillies, ginger, garlic.
* Step 2
Strain all water from the dal. Put it in grinder too, add cumin seeds. Grind coarse. Keep aside for 1/2 hour.
* Step 3
After 1/2 hour. Put the steamer pan on low flame add water, ring and let water get boiled for 5 mins.
* Step 4
Take it out in the bowl, add grated bottle gourd, sugar, turmeric Powder, red chilli powder, salt.
* Step 5
Add water and whisk till it get pluffy. Pour the batter in greased plate.
* Step 6
Sprinkle coriander leaves, red chilli powder. Put the plate for the steamer. Close the lid steam for 10-15 mins.
* Step 7
After 15 mins. The Muthiya is been steamed. Take out the plate from the steamer and let it get cool. Cut into small squares.
* Step 8
Now tempering. Take a pan add oil, mustard seeds let crackled, add slitted green chillies and sesame seeds. Now pour this tempering on Muthiya plate.
* Step 9
Spread all tempering on the whole plate and serve hot. Enjoy with tea.
