Chilli Cheese Stuffed Kulcha On Tava

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First knead soft dough. Take kneading plate add flours, carrom seeds, salt. Add water and knead soft dough.
* Step 2
Take grated cheese, add chopped green chillies. Mix it well and smash the cheese too. Make equal cheese ball
* Step 3
Make equal parts of dough. Flatten with hand. Put cheese ball seal the dough. Get ready all stuffed balls.
* Step 4
Apply oil stick onion seeds. Roll the dough ball. Heat up the tava on low flame. Place the rolled kulcha on it. Half cook both the sides. Now take the kulcha on direct heat.
* Step 5
Roast it from both the side get crispy kulcha ready. Take it on plate. Apply ghee on it.
* Step 6
Cut the kulcha the cheese is bursting enjoy the Chilli cheese kulcha.
