Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and soak the gram with baking soda for 8-10 hrs or overnight. Drain the water. Spread the gram on the kitchen towel and samp it. It should not be totally dried.
* Step 2
Add oil in the pan on low flame. One the oil get hot add gram. Fry it till it get crisp and become light. Automatically it float
* Step 3
Take out on Kitchen towel. When access oil absorbs take it in a bowl. Get masala ready.
* Step 4
Put masala on fried chana. Mix it. Chana pataka is Ready.
