Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Get ready chopped Veggies.
* Step 2
Take a pan on low flame add oil, cumin seeds once crackled, add carrom seeds, asafoetida, Turmeric Powder. Add chopped Potatoes and cabbage.
* Step 3
Mix it all well add 1/4 cup water. Close the lid. Put water on the lid. Get sabji cook for 10-15 mins. Open the lid and check it that sabji get cooked properly if not close them again and let get cooked for 5 more mins.
* Step 4
Once the Veggies get cooked add salt, red chilli powder, sabji masala and sugar.
* Step 5
Mix it all well and let it cook for 2 more min. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and serve with rotis or Parathas.
