Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan add oats. Roast it for a min.
* Step 2
Add water let get boiling for 5-7 min till oats get cooked.
* Step 3
Now add ketchup, salt, Pepper powder and lemon juice.
* Step 4
Mix it all well and serve hot. It is too tangy qnd peppery just love it.
