Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut Cauliflower into florets and boil for 2 to 3 mins. Add little salt. Strain it after 3 mins. Dont overboil it.
* Step 2
Meqnwhile Take a bowl. Add besan, rice flour (it will make pakodas crispy), ajwain, red chilli powder, salt. Mix well. Make batter by adding little little water.
* Step 3
Now add ginger and green chilli paste. If you add more green chillies it tastes superb as Gobhi 's flavour is bland.
* Step 4
Now keep oil for frying. When oil is hot add 2 tablespoon oil in batter. Mix it. Now dip gobhi into batter and fry it. Fry till it turns golden brown.
* Step 5
Serve it with green chutney and Masala Chai.. our friends and family will relish it.
