Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak urad Dal for about 4 to 5 hours or overnight.
* Step 2
Remove all the water and grind it in a mixer into a smooth paste.
* Step 3
Now mix the urad Dal batter in one direction for 5 to 10 mins so that it becomes soft and fluffy. Add all the ingredients into it.
* Step 4
Keep the oil for frying. Take a bowl of water. And wet your hands. Take a small portion of batter make a hole in between and slowly slide in the Kadai. Here we have to be careful while sliding the wadas into the oil.
* Step 5
Keep the flame medium-low. Flip the side and fry until golden brown.
* Step 6
Take out in tissue paper and Serve hot with sambhar and Chutney.
