Ingredient

Red chilly powder

half to 3/4 teaspoon

Aamchur (according to ur taste)

1 tablespoon

Besan

As per taste

Salt

2 tablespoons

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Clean cut and wash drumsticks and boil them. Dont throw the water in which we have boiled drumsticks.

* Step 2

Now take a Kadai. Add oil. When it gets hot add hing, green chilies, Jeera and Meeethi Dana.

Now add boiled potatoes and drumsticks. Mix gently. Saute them well. Add salt and Haldi powder.

Now add amchur and red chilly powder. Cover and lower the flame and cook for 5 mins.

Now add one tablespoon of besan in water in which we had boiled drumsticks.

Now add this water to the drumstick and potatoes. Keep stirring frequently as it doesn't stick at the bottom and form lumps.

Again cover for 5 mins till besan is cooked well. Adjust the gravy as per your choice.

* Step 8

Serve hot with chappatis or rotis.
