Beetroot Dhoklas

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl for batter. Add Suji, Besan, yoghurt, oil, salt and mix well.
* Step 2
For Beetroot puree.. take beetroot, green chillies and ginger and grind it into paste.
* Step 3
Mix this puree into the batter and mix well and keep it aside for at least 30 mins.
* Step 4
After 30 mins keep pan kadhai or dhokla maker. Add water and keep for steaming. Grease the thali or pan in which you want to make Dhoklas.
* Step 5
Now adjust the consistency of batter. Add water if needed. Take eno pouch mix eno and whisk well. Pour the batter into greased thali or pan.
* Step 7
Check after 10 to 12 mins. Insert toothpick to check. If it comes out clean then Dhoklas aur done. Otherwise keep for 5 mins. When done switch off the gas and let it cool.
* Step 8
Now for tempering.. add oil. When it's hot add mustard seeds, green chillies, til and curry patta.
