Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean wash flowers very well as their might be small
* Step 2
Boil them with little salt for 5 mins. Remove that water and then boil again in fresh water.
* Step 3
Drain the water and squeeze extra water from it. Keep it aside.
* Step 4
Take kadai. Add oil when it is hot add crushed garlic and red chillies whole. Saute them till garlic turns pink.
* Step 5
Now add flowers to it little salt and haldi. Mix well and cook it till oil gets separated. Cover and cook for 5 mins.
* Step 6
Now flowers are ready to be served with hot chappatis or Jowar ka Doda(roti).
