12 to 14 Jamuns

1/2 cup

milk

2 cups

water

1 1/2 cup

sugar

1/2 tsp

rose water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For Syrup. add water and sugar and mix well. Keep on medium flame and let it bowl.

For Jamuns. Take parath and mix everything together except milk.

Now knead the dough adding little milk. Dont add milk altogether. Make the soft dough. Knead well so that there r no cracks

Make small equal size balls of it

Keep oil for frying. Keep the flame medium. Fry it till golden brown.

Till then syrup is done and add elachi powder rose water and kesar.

Now add the fried jamuns to it.

Cover it fand keep for at least 2 hours so that syrup gets incorporated well.

* Step 9

Serve hot or cold as per your choice.
