Tandoori Mutton Chops

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pot.. add mutton chops,onion, haldi powder, salt and water. Bring it to boil. Cover the lid on low flame until it gets tender.
* Step 2
By that time make Marination. Mix all the ingredients for Marination.
* Step 3
After mutton gets tender, cook on high flame until it dries up.
* Step 4
Let it cool down. After cooling add cooked mutton chops in Marination and keep it for alteast 2 hours.
* Step 5
After take a pan. Add ghee, oil or butter add Chops one by one, cover it with lid and let it cook for 5 mins.
* Step 6
Flip the side and cook for another 4 5 mins.
* Step 7
When it is tender take out in serving platter and serve it with mint chutney.
