Easy Chestnut Rice

I collected a lot of chestnuts when I went chestnut gathering. I remembered the chestnut rice that my mother used to make for me.

Ingredient

Food ration :

3 servings
540 ml

White rice

1 tbsp

★Sake

1 tbsp

★Mirin

1/2 tsp

★Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel the chestnuts. See

* Step 2

Wash the rice, add the ingredients marked ★, add water to the three cup line and give it all a quick stir.

* Step 3

Add the seaweed and chestnuts and switch the rice cooker on. When it's done, let it steam for about 10 minutes.
