Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak Soyabean Chunks for 15 20 mins.
* Step 2
Remove water properly and grind it into mixer.
* Step 3
Heat a pan. Add oil into it. Add ginger garlic paste. Saute for one min.
* Step 4
Add onion into it. And stir well. Add all masalas i to it and fry for one min.
* Step 5
Into it goes soyabean keema.
* Step 6
Mix well. And saute for 2 3 mins.
* Step 7
Here goes tomato paste and saute till it is dry.
* Step 8
Take out in the plate and allow it to cool.
* Step 9
Now by the time we will prepare the dough. Take a thali or bowl to knead the dough. Put maida, jeeri, salt and oil. Mix well. Now make the dough. And keep for 10 15 mins.
* Step 10
Make small balls from the dough and take one ball and roll out into 5 to 6 inch diameter.
* Step 11
Take the small portion of keema mixture and place it in between.
* Step 12
Fold one side above the mixture.
* Step 13
Fold the other one as shown in pic.
* Step 14
Press the sides and turn the fold.
* Step 15
Fold one side and the other on it.
* Step 16
Place clove on it to seal it.
* Step 17
Like wise make rest of it.
* Step 18
Heat the oil and fry it till golden brown.
* Step 19
Serve it with tomato ketchup.
