Dal Fry
Ingredient

Servings 2 3 people
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak Dal for atleast 2 3 hours.
* Step 2
Pressure cook for one whistle.
* Step 3
Now take kadai. Add oil and jeera to it.
* Step 4
Now add onions and saute.
* Step 5
Now add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 mins.
* Step 6
Now add all masalas and fry them for 2 mins on low flame.
* Step 7
Now add tomaotes and mix well
* Step 8
After tomatoes r done add dal and one teaspoon of ghee to it.
* Step 9
Cook it for few mins and stir it in between.
* Step 10
Dal is ready to be served.
