Hide & seek biscuit cake

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Start by finely grinding all the biscuits in a blender.
* Step 2
Take the ground biscuits in a mixing bowl and add baking powder and baking soda. Mix it well.
* Step 3
Then add the egg and give it a good mix.
* Step 4
Add the powdered sugar and the milk. Mix it properly.
* Step 5
Grease a baking tin and dust it with flour. Pour the batter in it and give it a few gentle tap.

Bake this in a preheated oven on 180°c for 35-40 minutes.

Demold it and let it cool completely.
* Step 8
In a large bowl take cold whipping cream and add the cocoa powder and 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar. Whip it until you get stiff peaks.

Divide the cake in two layers.
* Step 10
Add a little bit of cream on a cake board and place one layer of cake.
* Step 11
Add some whipped cream on it and spread it evenly. Place the other layer on it.
* Step 12
Cover the cake with whipped cream and even it out using a scraper and an offset spatula. Keep 1/2 cup whipped cream aside. Keep the cake in the fridge.

Heat water in a bowl and place a bigger bowl on it. The flame should be low.
* Step 14
Add fresh cream and chopped dark chocolate in the bigger bowl and wait for the chocolate to melt completely.
* Step 15
Give it a good mix and wait for it to cool down a bit.
* Step 16
Pour this ganache on the cake and spread it evenly.
* Step 17
Pipe the remaining whipping cream on the cake to decorate it. Use a nozzle you prefer. Add butterscotch chips in the middle.
