Ginger+Honey Orange Chicken

This is an at home stir fry that is a healthy(er) version of a favorite

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cube the chicken

* Step 2

Place chicken in Marinade: In a bowl squeeze 6+ Mandarin oranges and all the juice and it is fine to keep some fallen fruit and fruit segments in there With the oil, minced Garlic +soy sauce

* Step 3

Mix the chicken up with a spoon to coat with marinade and refrigerate for 4+ hours

* Step 4

When ready Set Temp on med-hi and cook your chicken until it is golden brown and beautiful

* Step 5

Add Veggies, Honey and Ginger and 2-3 more Mandarin Juice and a splash of Soy Sauce to taste
