Easy Red Lentils Pakoras
This is one of my family’s favourite snacks! Uses only a few ingredients :)
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak red lentils for 2-3 hours
* Step 2
Use a food processor to grind ingredients to make a smooth paste. Set aside a tbsp of the red lentils and half tsp of cumin seed for later use.
* Step 3
Drain excess water if paste is too runny. This step is to ensure the pakoras will not break apart during frying.
* Step 4
Add the balance of red lentils and cumin seeds and salt to the processed mixture.
* Step 5
Fry on medium heat until golden brown.
