Curried Green Apple Chicken
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat olive oil in Pressure cooker
* Step 2
Add onions garlic chile pepper and ginger. Sauté for five minutes.
* Step 3
Add Laziza spice mix one package. Cook and add tomatoes or Ragu (1/2 to 1 cup). Cook and sauté chicken add green apples diced. Cook 5-10 minutes.
* Step 4
Add can of coconut milk. Secure pressure cooker lid. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Release pressure. Serve over brown basmati rice or with Roti.
