* Step 1

Cut the grapefruit into fourths,then pull off the peel and as much pith as possible. Discard any seeds.

* Step 2

Put the grapefruit and water into a blender and process until smooth. Add the yogurt and honey and process again until combined.

* Step 3

Pour into glasses, decorate with slices of grapefruit, and serve at once.
