The easiest delicious and satisfying breakfast possible! Which combines the richness of melted cheese, half-fried egg, bacon crumbs and the peppery flavour of Arugula. These flavours and texture satisfy your taste buds and leave you full and content πŸ˜‹

Ingredient

Bacon crumbs

2 spoon

Chilli Oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Apply butter on both sides of the bread slices evenly. Heat the pan on low-medium flame and toast the slices until they turn crispy and golden brown.

* Step 2

Spread your cheese while the toast is still hot and in the pan. Make sure the flame is low. So the bread doesn’t get burnt while the cheese is melting.

* Step 3

Spread bacon crumbs and then chilli oil on the toast. After cheese gets melted, which doesn’t take long, place Arugula leaves on the top. And done πŸ€—.

* Step 4

In another small pan, put some butter and break the egg directly in the pan and cook till the yolk is 60-70 % cooked. Flame should be on low-medium. No need to flip the egg as it cooks pretty well on both sides on its own. Sprinkle some salt and pepper or chilli powder. Make sure the spices are more on the yolk so it doesn’t taste bland.
