Fried Chicken Fritters 🤤
This is the most absolute perfect quick and easy little lunch saver, or whatever you want to call it, that I guarantee you your entire family will love!
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix together all the ingredients into a large bowl. Make sure you drain the chicken first!
* Step 2
Heat 1/2 cup of canola oil (vegetable oil will work too or your oil of choice) in a medium size skillet on medium to medium high heat.
* Step 3
Make sure your oil is hot and ready to place your patties in.
Roll your patties into balls about 1 inch to 1 1/2 inch thick. Flatten and place into your pan. Cook on each side for about 3 minutes each. Remove from the pan and place on a plate covered with either a coffee filter or a paper towel to drain excess oil off, and serve 🤤
