Fast breakfast: scrambbled egg with mushrooms
My button mushroom had there best time and a bought a double badge of eggs. I like savoury breakfast

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the mushrooms. Cut the onion use the wite bit. Season with tym and garlic
* Step 2
Bake both in butter until golden brown
* Step 3
Beat the eggs with milk. Put in salt and pepper
* Step 4
Put eggs in the pan with mushrooms. Scrambble them.
* Step 5
Put in the green of the onion
Serve on a lithly toasted french baguette
