Squid in Tomatoe Sauce

squid, clean cut into rings
1 tsp
cooking wine
2
tomatoes
Pinch
salt
3 stalks
parsley, cut in 3 parts
2 slices
ginger
Half
onion, minced
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil watir then blfnch squid for a minute. Drain then set aside.
* Step 2
Sfutee ginger and onion until soft.
* Step 3
Add in tomatoe and salt. Cook until tomatoe are soft.
* Step 4
Then pour squid, celery and cooking wine.
* Step 5
Cook a while then serve.
